Our neoprene fabric material is typically classified into three types based on their chemical composition: CR, SCR, and SBR. Depending on the different purposes of use, they are generally treated with one of the following four surface treatment processes. 1、 "Laminating" refers to use glue to laminate the fabric to the surface of "Rubber Sponge" by heating. It can increase the strength to the surface of rubber sponge (especially tearing and abrasion/wearing resistance). It owns these fabric features, such as fabric skin affinity, fabric friction. It has been widely used in the production of various related products .The popular fabric types are Polyester, Nylon and Lycra etc. 2、 "Coating" refers to use of the polyurethane to process the coating to the surface of rubber sponge. In order to increase the strength and smoothness to the surface of the rubber sponge. This processing plays a very important role from preventing the water accumulation and reducing the friction resistance in water . It also gives the rubber sponge vivid color. Besides this, we append titanium to the coating, to improve the warming performance. The coated diving fabric has been usually used to produce high grade diving suits, such as the triathlon wetsuit and spear fishing wetsuit etc. 3、"Embossing" refers to use of different patterns to process the embossing to the surface of the Rubber Sponge. The surface of rubber sponge will present a different pattern from this processing. It enhances the surface strength and plays a good role in antiskid and wear resistance. It also reduces the friction resistance in water. The embossed diving neoprene fabric usually used to produce the products that require to increase surface strength or anti-slip effects. 4、"Perforation" refers to use of different patterns to process the perforation to the rubber sponge. The perforated holes are various shapes and sizes to meet clients' different demands. There are two types: visible perforation and invisible perforation .Visible perforation is processing the hole after laminating; Invisible perforation is processing the hole of the rubber sponge first, then laminated to the fabric. The perforated diving fabric usually used to produce the products that require to increase the breathability or have appearance requirements.
