1. If the customer provides complete product drawings (including size, materials, and special requirements), we make samples according to the drawings.

2. If the customer does not have drawings but has samples, he needs to send the samples to our engineer. We will make the samples based on the guest's physical samples and the contents of our previous communication with the guest.

3. If the customer has neither product drawings nor samples, we will sort out the product requirements based on the content of the previous communication with the customer. If necessary, we will draw a product renderings for the customer to confirm, and then make samples based on the customer's opinions.

After the samples are completed, we will organize internal business personnel, production and quality inspection personnel to evaluate the samples. After passing the evaluation, we will send them to the customer for confirmation.
